Common Technical Issues

Which browsers are supported?

We support the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. For best experience, keep your browser updated.

Why can't I upload photos?

To keep our platform safe and enjoyable for everyone, we have some limits on what can be uploaded:

  • File size: Images must be under 5MB.
  • Formats supported: JPG, PNG, or WebP.
  • Content policy: NSFW content, violent material, or anything against our community guidelines will be blocked.

If your photo meets these requirements but still won't upload, check your internet connection or try again later.

⚠️ Reminder: Uploading images that violate our policy may result in removal of the image and possible account suspension.

How do I update my profile?

Go to Account Settings > Edit Profile. You can update your photo, bio, and contact preferences there.

We don't have fixed support hours, but we aim to reply to all emails within 24–48 hours.

How do I report a user?

If you believe a user is violating our policies, you can report them directly from their profile by:

  1. Selecting "Report"
  2. Choosing the appropriate reason

Our team will review the report and take action if necessary.
